ST, hope this one won't make you cry. ha! ha! I've been waking up in the middle of the night lately that's why I wrote this poem today. It really hurts to suffer and not know if your other half is even affected the least.

Did you hear my tears last night
As you lapse in your midnight sleep?
Dit it burn as it rolled down my cheeks
As I slowly and silently weep?

Did you feel the same emptiness too
Like a tunnel that has no ending light?
Were you scared to admit what is true
Or just weary to fight for what's right?

Does your heartbeat pound just as fast
And your chest feels it's sinking so deep?
And you pray that these feelings won't last
As you desperately long for a sleep.

Will my silent cries just be ignored
As I tend to my wounds all alone?
As the night drags on even more
In a place that I used to call home.

SS- I think all of us can relate to the silent cries!

It is funny that you write
"Did you hear my tears last night
As you lapse in your midnight sleep?"

That is one of my WW's justifications for the A is that she was sick of crying herself to sleep. Funny, she always falls asleep before me and I hadn't heard her do that in years!

This is the part I like most
"Will my silent cries just be ignored
As I tend to my wounds all alone?
As the night drags on even more
In a place that I used to call home."

Like I said before I feel like a hollow shell of a man. My body is here, but my heart is not. My heart is with a woman that does not care about my feelings.

I have decided to move on with my life. I don't want my WW or my M anymore. I feel sad but liberated at the same time. I was thinking of sending her my poems that I wrote, I don't know why, I just want to.

I would love for you to read my post in GQII and give me any comments you may have!

Climb 'Til Your Dreams Come True

Often your tasks will be many,
And more than you think you can do....
Often the road will be rugged
And the hills insurmountable, too...
But always remember, the hills ahead
Are never as steep as they seem,
And with Faith in your heart start upward
And climb, 'til you reach your dream,
For nothing in life that is worthy
Is ever too hard to achieve
If you have the courage to try it
And you have the Faith to believe...
For Faith is a force that is greater
Than knowledge or power or skill
And many defeats turn to triumph
If you trust in God's wisdom and will.....
For Faith is a mover of mountains,
There's nothing that God cannot do,
So start our today with Faith in your heart
And "Climb 'Til Your Dreams Come True"!

all things are possible
