I am going through a divorce now. This is an optimistic poem I wrote that basically shows I'm ready to let go.It was trully a rough sailing but my boat remains afloat. SS
Bare Closet by: Sann
I looked inside your closet As bare hangers hang on the rod Nothing left of your things to remind me Except memories of the past that we had
At one time I had trouble accepting The defeat of our marital bond But alas I had come to my senses There are things love alone could not mend
Funny how fate once joined us I was once sure it was meant to last Still this fate had turned into a whirlwind With no way to unravel the mess
As a deep sigh escaped from within me There's a joy in my heart that remains For there's hope that had kept me going And the thought that tomorrow awaits.
