I discovered my husband had an affair back in September and I decided to stand on the word of the Lord in beleiving for our healing and survival. Now, I feel like throwing in the towel. The emotional pain comes on strong and sometimes I don't feel like caring or trying anymore. He is getting counseling but it feels like this is his outlet so there is no need for him to try to heal or understand with me. Please pray for us. I am praying for both of us and I know I can lay down my burden with the Lord. The only problem is that I am human and sometimes I need a shoulder to cry on and someone to do the praying for me.

Dear Lord, I lift up Tammy to you, asking that you send the Holy Spirit to her, give her strength to continue on in the restoration of her marriage. Please give her peace in her heart that passes all understanding, comfort her during this time of trial. Show her the path of Your will for her life. I ask also that the Holy Spirit place conviction upon her husband's heart, softening his heart towards his wife. We ask for Your divine intervention in this marriage and for a total restoration, with all the Glory to You, Father. In Jesus Name I Pray, AMEN.
