I feel so lost today. I posted under general Questions if you want to know why. I just feel like the more I try to trust in the Lord, the worse the situation between my wife and I gets. I have given up my marriage to God and asked him to do his will, but I so beaten. I don't know how much more pain I can take. Please pray for my family, and that the Lord comes to my wife and helps her on the road back to her marriage and family. I love this woman even though she has caused me so much pain. I don't understand how I can continue to care so deeply for someone that is hurting me so badly. I am fairly new to my relationship with God, and there for I guess I still question things more than I should. I try to have faith in him, but it is so hard right now. I need help understanding all this. Please help me.

Brent...<BR> Faith is often hard for me too. Someone on another post said something about turning things over to God that helped me. First, that God does things in his time, not ours. Secondly, that while He may be at work, He still allows your wife free will. <P><BR>Dear Heavenly Father:<BR> Please be with Brent, who is in such pain. Brentb,<BR>The Lord does answer prayer and rest assured that He is working things out for you. Remember all things work toward good for those who love the Lord and are called according to His pupose. He will lead down paths that you think are ludicrous but He knows what He has in store for you. Look for the good in the situation: you are getting closer to Him. I have paged my W Friday with a thank you because I have grown closer to Him and thus grown closer to her because I have grown closer to Him. <P>I have experienced 8 affiars in the last 7 years and there seems that there is no end. I can only continue to rely on Hi to direct my path. My life is much like Hosea. However, I think GOd let Hosea know that Gomer was going to become a harlot. I didn't realize it until it happened. Yet, I got married because He told me to and to my W because He told me she was the one He wanted me to marry. Now I know why He wanted me to marry her.<P>Lord, ease Brents worries so that he knows that You are always in control. I know it is hard for him because I remember when I felt as he does. We revel in the knowledge that we know that we will spend eternity with you. Dear Lord,<P>I pray for Brent. I know how it feels to be lonely and to be confused. I know what it islike to doubt. I thank you Lord for bringing us closer to you during those times weakness. I pray that you will teach us all to rely on you. We so desperately need your guiding. Teach us how to know you through your word,so we can strengthen ourselves and others. I pray that Brents wife will stay faithful to her vows. Dear Heavenly Father, I am lifting up brentb to you, asking for the Holy Spirit to fill each and every empty space in his heart. Help him Lord to trust in you completely, turning his wife completely over to you. Thank you Father for working in his wife's life, convicting her, drawing her closer to you. Please continue to fill her heart and mind with loving, happy thoughts of brentb. Give her a burning desire to restore her marriage, according to Your will. Place her firmly on the path towards You, Lord. Most of all, Lord I pray that you will give brentb more faith, more strength, and more wisdom. Send a born-again believer to him to help him get through this trial. Help him to focus completely upon You, let him rest in Your love.
