Who can keep tract of anything when your husband is emotionally drained, wants a separation and is himself living day to day? We missed the deadline to reply to New York University where our son had the opportunity to receive $27K of a needed $32K per year. We can barely afford community college otherwise.
Pray for my husband as he will pursue the matter Monday, that he would have the words and the wisdom to accomplish his task. Pray for a way to be opened for our son to receive a good education. As a family we are agreed that this is in the Lord's hands, but the anxiety is high. Pray for my son's emotions, he is showing no anger, says he hopes to learn from this, but otherwise so quiet (a mother naturally wonders if he wills to live through this disappiontment. Children are so pressured these days, and males have a higher suicide success rate. I pray that if he exibits signs of these intentions, we will see them. I believe he would talk to his dad (my husband) about it.)
Thanks. I'm despairing on more than one front today, but not feeling so "alone"
