Please keep praying for my situation. I have had little contact with my H this week. It is very hard. My m-i-l called this morning and she needs prayer as well. My H is living with her. My m-i-l contacted OW this week and H is very angry. Because it was in my defense (or rather defense of our marriage) he blames me. She only spoke the truth, however that is against his wishes. She needs strenth, peace, and wisdom. Right now she is angry at my H. I have been praying as I am feeling a very heavy burden to pray for resolution to this situation. Please pray for our 4 year old daughter as she is upset about all of this. I have not sent a Plan B letter, I just asked him not to call me. I am praying to have direction about a letter, as well and in the mean time, I am praying that the Lord will speak to his heart.

Father in heaven, I lift this prayer request up to you in the name of Jesus. I pray that you will speak to the heart of this woman's husband and convict him of his sins, and direct him to follow your Will and your word. I pray that he will give his heart to you, Lord Jesus, and seek the truth in the word of GOD. I pray that he will see that GOD hates divorce and that his family is what GOD wants for him. I pray that the demons of temptation be removed from his heart that he will not lust after the sins of the world. I pray that this marriage will be restored, if it is in your will Father. I pray that you will give this woman strength, courage, wisdom, and comfort as she carries on with her life, either with or without her husband. I pray that you will guide him safely home to his family and that he will live for You and for his family. Bless this family with your love and your strength. I pray for the little daughter, Lord. Lift her spirit and help her to know that you also love her and will protect her from this pain. Let the Holy Spirit fill this little girl with love and peace. Giving thanks unto You Lord for all your blessings, your lessons, both good and bad, and for loving us all enough to send Christ Jesus to die on the cross in order to save us all from certain death from sins eternal grasp. All these things I ask and claim in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
Heavenly Father, You are so strong, we are so weak, help us Father to be more like You. Please show us Your will for our lives and marriages Lord. Dear God, we praise You and worship You, placing all our trust in You. You are mighty, our Savior, and we love You with all our hearts. We will seek you with our whole hearts now and always dear Lord. Father, our dear sister onedayatatime is feeling burdened in this trial, please lift the burden from her, fill her heart with Joy. Thank You Lord for speaking to her husband's heart, for sending the Holy Spirit to this man, convicting him of his sin, in such a way that he can no longer deny your calling him. Bring him dear Lord to the foot of the cross in godly sorrow. I pray that He will receive Your understanding, knowing that You are his Rock, his Salvation, his Fortress, and his commitment to You shall never be shaken. Let this man's soul come to rest in You Lord. Show him the narrow path to You, and that he must be born again to see the kingdom of God. Overwhelm him with Your love dear Lord. In Jesus' precious name I pray, AMEN

Dear Lone Knight: Thank you for your prayers. You prayed for the answer I have been seeking, that my H would turn his heart to you. I am sitting here with tears running down my face, and thanking the Lord for his love, and grace, and mercy. I thank him for touching the hearts of others to have them pray for us. Most of all, thanking him that we can hope in him. I am continuing to pray for your situation. Sometimes, things appear most bleak before the storm is over. I am trusting that all the things in my life are in God's control and according to his purpose. My H called today and asked to speak to me. I do not have the heart to refuse to do so, but I am strangely quiet. Even quiet within my heart. This is a change for me. Your prayers are appreciated more than you can know.

Dear Alcoholic's Wife: Please know that your prayers are greatly appreciated. Both your prayer and Lone Knight's prayer brought a flood of tears from my eyes. I thanked the Lord for both of you. You both prayed for the necessary answer, that my H be the man of God that the Lord intended. I pray for you and your H. Sometimes we pray once and the answer comes, sometimes it takes years of prayer before the answer comes. But, the answer always comes in the "right" time. I thank you for praying. I thank the Lord for his holy spirit that witnesses and shares with us, even in the cyber places. This has been a trying week, many strange things are occurring in my life at this time. I am believing that they are part of God's plan for my life. Thank you....

I am glad he wants to at least try to talk things out to some degree. My wife is moving out of this house this week. She won't even talk to me. She was supposed to go with me to see my counselor last night, but she never showed up. She is not at all interested in trying to save our marriage. She continually says she has nothing left to give and gives up. She doesn't want to fight for us anymore. She called last night after I got home and said she fell asleep. And then promised she would go next week, but I don't know if I believe that either. GOD is STILL telling me to hold on and that HE IS going to save the marriage, but It's so hard to have hope and faith when all she does is run away and won't even TRY to fight to save US. I'll keep you in my prayers.
Lone_Knight
Dear Tessa, Tigger, and Lone Knight. Thank you all for continuing to pray for us. I have needed those prayers as my spirits have slipped low. Things have been difficult on all sides. I decided to just begin praising the Lord, in the midst of this time. It is lifting my spirits a little. Yes, Tigger, Plan B is hard, although all of this situation is hard and heartbreaking. I have followed your posts and I pray for you as well. I know that God has a plan and he finishes what he begins. I know that he honors our desire to do what is right. I wish I knew how long we all had to stand through all of this, but we can only know that the process is for God's purpose. I am having difficulty with sticking to Plan B. For one thing, my H is relentless in keeping in contact with me. Some Plan B, I have heard from him everyday. The part I feel the Lord leading me to stick to is in seeing him. I have prayed during each conversation that the holy spirit would give me words. I have not had a lot of words. My H is now telling me that he wants to see me. My class reunion is this coming weekend and he had planned to go with me. He asked to have time with our Daughter and I told him that I would meet him halfway (he is 220 miles away) on Friday after work. I told him that I was planning to go to my class reunion. He asked me if he could come with me. I know that my H is bothered by my going to this type of a social gathering. I have never given him reason to be jealous, but he believes that his actions make me a free woman and this concerns him. I told him that I would like nothing better than to have him with me, that I loved him and missed him, but that he under the circumstances, I did not think it was the right thing for me to do. He then told me to let him know if I changed my mind. He also began mentioning future plans and included me in them. He was talking of getting us all dirt bikes after he sells his road bike. Confusing at best, but it may be the holy spirit working on him. He has not given up. Praise God for that. I still love him, but truly feel set in having him do what is right. I am praying that God is glorified in all of this. I have also been praying that the other woman would be strengthened and have a strong desire for righteousness in her life. I have also prayed for her to know the truth, but I have felt that I should not be the one to tell her. I had saved several messages from my H on my cell phone and it would be quite easy for her to hear the truth from his mouth. I am still praying, but I know that I can only do this if the Lord gives me the peace to do so. So, my plan B is not really going well, as far as sticking to the no contact thing. But, I am trying to seek the wisdom of the Lord in all of this and to let him work through this. My H did admit that he wanted to see me, when he was making arrangements to see our daughter. I keep praying, as discouragement is tugging at my heart and I know that it is wrong to give in to this. I have had people say that things become most difficult just before the answer comes. I pray that is so in my case. I am tired, lonely, and weak at this moment. Thank you, again for your prayers and I will be praying for you as well.

Father in heaven, I pray that YOU will comfort this woman in her time of trials. I pray that the holy spirit will fill her with renewed strength and peace. I pray that you are continuing to work on her husbands soul, Father. Bring him to the cross and let him give his life to you and then back to his family. Give her the words to say to him the next time he contacts her Lord. Give her the courage to face whatever stumbling blocks the devil tries to place in front of her and her family. I believe with all my heart that you are working to bring her family back together and I praise your name for everything you are doing for her, as well as all the other prayers that are posted at this GOD sent site. I praise you for hearing and answering each prayer and I thank you for teaching us all to be patient and seek You in all that we do. I praise the Name of Jesus, Father. Thank you for sending Him to redeem us all. Lead us, guide us and give us all the strength and the peace we need to make it through these times of great trial and pain. in the name of Jesus I pray,
Amen.
