My situation is quite complex,with
spiritual and other abuses over 14 years of
marriage, which I've written about under "other topics".
It is nothing short of a miracle that
in the process of Matthew 18: 15-19, my spouse is now, for the first time,
allowing himself to be accountable to
a specialized Biblical counselor and her
pastor. Praise God!! We met last week for two hours, very intense but good.
Tomorrow the pastor wants to meet alone with my spouse regarding proper Biblical headship, submission, love in marriage, etc. while the counselor meets with me about coping until this is resolved.
Friends, PLEASE, pray!!! I simply cannot continue as things have been; there must be change! Pray that God's Will be done, whether that be a miracle--a better marriage, or that I can leave and finally have peace from abuse. Pray for our precious children also!
Tomorrow's counseling is critical!
Thanks so much!!
Renae
Thanks for the prayers! Tuesday's counseling
went as good as possible. The plan now is that I will meet with the counselor next Tuesday. On the 19th my spouse, the pastor, the counselor and I will all meet together again. Please pray!!

Good Luck, how I wish we had been smart enough to go to our pastor be fore our seperation. He has made a difference for me since then, but now she isn't looking for a reason to stay. Keep the faith.
