Hello to All,
Please pray for my husband & I. We have been married for 15 yrs. Very early on the 1st three yrs. of marriage I had 5 affairs. I had been going through a destructive identity search and downward spiral in my life. At the time I separated my infidelity from my marriage, leading two lives taking neither the affairs or marriage seriously. My husband stood by and was strong for both of us and pulled me through. We got through it but now 12 yrs.later, the pain/scars are still here.
My H has had for the last 8 mths. an EA/IA.
He says he is in love with OW.
I have hurt him so badly in the past that it has taken this A to help him come to terms with the pain. I feel so much guilt and shame. We have talked so much about my past. I know that he never deserved what I have done-he really is a great person. I thank God all the time for his love. I have prayed for the past yr. that God would show me how to be the best wife for my husband.I have taken my sin & given it to the Lord many years ago & also now. My hope today is that we would finally have true healing in the marriage and a bond that can no longer be broken with the threat of an outsider. I trust that God's will will be done. My H wants to leave us now, I pray & know that whatever happens either way, I trust God to work his will in both of our lives. I really love this man, and I don't like to see him in pain. Thanks for any prayer support or help you can give at this time.
Firefly
