Please pray for my peace of mind. I just can't escape the following feelings: despair, sadness, unloved, scared, loneliness. I have my faith which gives me hope, I need to be able to see past my STBX and that I do and will have a good future without him. He just is so cold to me and it hurts so bad. Having a clear conscience doesn't make me feel good, because it seems that I'm the only one in pain and still in love with a man who betrayed me. I want to be that happy, secure person I have always been. The Lord has a plan for me...... right!!!!!!!!

Hi, i do understand those feelings very well. It feels like youve been wrongly put in prison, and you dont know when you will get out if ever. My wife left almost 3 years ago, to do drugs and left the kids behind. My sister is helping me with the kids. Im seeing my wife again. (shes in treatment for the third time) and its opened up my almost healed wounds again. Yes, i still love her very much, and God has healed my heart in many ways and im acually able to forgive her for many awful things shes done. What has given me the most peace is just breaking down and crying and telling God how i feel. Sometimes its hard to read my bible, but i start to read some psalms and that also helps. I do ask God at times why He likes to suffer so much with us, instead of fixing our messes. He doesnt say much, but his peace and prescense tell me He is with me and ive been heard and i can bear to live another day. I will be praying for you. Mark
