Dear friends,
I have felt like posting here for a while, but have just decided to today.
I have been a regular poster for over a year now, have gone through a devastating 3 + years. My H having an affair, myself having to do a lot of soul searching, etc.
I have been a Christian in the past. though I did not act like it. My x was not, and during my marriage I strayed away. After divorce, I turned back to the church, just going as a way to kind of get some solid ground under me.
As time has gone by, I am discovering that Jesus has been working in my life. It was subtle at first, but growing and getting stronger in me every day.
I can now say I am rededicating myself to Christ, and I know my life will be greatly enriched by this.
God does work in mysterious ways!!
------------------
Susan

Dear Beth,
My x did leave me for the OW, but after 4 months, she broke up with him. It was an internet affair, and I quess when they actually started spending time together, she found out she wasn't in love with him.
I have been divorced for a year now. My X and I are on good terms, even after all the pain and heartache. We talk often, but neither of us want to go back to our marriage again. I did until the divorce was final, but after that I just had to let go, and I know this is not a popular answer on these boards, but my life is going well now, better than I expected.
I believe my X is still unhappy, but he has no love feeling for me. We will remain friends for our children.
How are you doing? I am sure I remember you, did you have a different name??
Feel free to email me anytime. Rediscovering my faith has really helped me through some tough times!
arabrider@msn.com
------------------
Susan
