Hi. I had a very bad night tonight emotionally.
Only a few people know of my A but I am a pastor/pastor's wife (both) and we are waiting word regarding a move out of the city.
We will not hear until at least Monday or Tuesday next week.
There are two possiblities (the decision was made yesterday but the head leader must approve or "improve?" it)
a) we could be asked to remain here so H can receive his cancer treatment (he is getting better but has to go thru one more radioactive process even tho he likely doesnt need any more iodine)
*this would be good for our girls who are not in high school yet-they could complete their school year but it would be horribly tough for H and I (OM lives here-I cannot go back to our church but we did kick OM out)
b) we move almost immediately-bad for girls, great for us for a new start and change from parish work
Our local boss plans to reveal something of the situation (we don't know how much) Sun the 18th to leadership team
H told both his sisters yesterday and today
Basically, I seek hope to cope for each of us; to somehow function in the hectic pace and slow torture of awaiting the news regarding our future in ministry; God's will for our girls who are not great students and to stand up in Christ when attacks come as they did tonight-I know to expect them but it's so hard
I do give praise for my H being so Christlike in forgiving me, nurturing me back to wellness, agreeing to counselling, unexpected blessings, acceptance by the few who know, my church denomination desiring our marriage to be healed and the hope of a brighter future and a strengthened spiritual and marital relationship.
Thanks for your prayers.
------------------
Fresh Start

"For all have sinned, and come short of the Glory of God" Romans 3:23. You are in my prayers. May you find comfort in this trying time. God bless...
