Please pray for Marcus & Ann in Annapolis, Maryland and their new baby daughter. She arrived 3 months early and has down's syndrome and a hole in her little heart. Please pray for God to heal the heart and pray for Marcus and Ann to know that they are loved by God and this is not some form af punishment from God. Ann is a believer, Marcus thinks he is (last time I spoke with him) but I'm not sure. Thank you all. Ted ><>

I have friends who were in the same situation. They love their son very much and after all they went through (operations), they said the small things in life don't bother them at all. They have become generous and loving people, full of patience. <P>Children born with problems have a lot to teach us. We are actually the ones who benefit from them. They are a great gift, as all children are, but those with problems bring grace not only to the family but to the community. I will pray for your friends and for their daughter. God's ways are mysterious because we only see a tiny fraction of what He sees. Trust Him and bless Him in all things. (I know it's hard!!!)

Dear Lord in Heaven, please give this family the strength to meet their trials. Shower them with your love Lord, that they may stay stong in the face of adversity and never doubt the wisdom you possess. It is not always for us to understand why things happen, but may they know that whatever road it is you have called them to travel, you will be with them every step of the way. Guide them and heal them Lord, for it is you and you alone who can save us. Help us to praise you in all things Father. Amen.
