Hello all,<P>Please be in prayer support for my WH and I tonight. We have been in a stressfull situation and battling his on again/off again A for over 5 years now. He has never left home and continues to stay here even when his A starts again. He now says that he wants to leave and will leave. I am scared to death, but only want him to stay because it is what he wants, not out of obligation or guilt. I want my H back. His heart is so cold and closed to this subject, he refuses to read any of the info from this sight or even to consider counseling. He says counseling now would only be to try and get him to stay and he is not interested in making our marriage work. We have two children, 10 and 12 yrs that will be devestated if he leaves. But he cannot see their pain for his own pain. <P>He is a good man that has made some very wrong decisions. I can see that he is in personal turmoil and is not following God's desires for him. Today in church, the sermon was on making a better marriage. The preacher had the husbands in the congregation actually take their wife's hand and repeat the marriage vows. I had prayed for God to speak to us in service today and this was as if a bill-board had been erected with his name on it! <P>Please be in prayer support for our discussion tonight and pray that he will continue to be positively effected by the sermon that he heard today. God is working in his life, but as with us all, his cold heart and free will is making it difficult for him to accept God's grace and direction. Also pray for me to be accepting and supportive to whatever he wants to discuss this evening. I am so tired of this situation, that I just want to give up, but every time that I have those ideas, God is faithful and encourages me to stay the course.

Sister bmw, God has definantly got His hand upon your situation. Trust in the Lord to finish the work He has started. Dont let the enemy convince you its hopeless. Lord i pray the you would give bmw the strenth and peace to make it thru this and that you Lord would soften her husbands hardened heart. In Jesus name, Amen Keep praying and dont give up. You are the Lord of hope, the Resurrected One. Let this marriage be a testimony of Your strength and glory. Give all of us here the strength and will to hope and the faith to trust in only YOU.
