By giving it all to Jesus Christ, whom was rejected by His family and friends, and disciple's as He was dragged off to the cross to be crucified for you and me. Thats the kind of Lord and saviour we have. One who understands our pain. Trust in Him to heal and restore, and give you the strenth to make it thru the extream pain of heartbreak.<BR>Mark

Jesus will never reject you, go to him, seek him with all of your heart. My wife has rejected me for years, but Jesus is always there for me.

I did have a very hard time for a long time. I finally turned it over to the Lord and asked Him to give me the strength to face whatever would be -- whether I liked it or not. I also took that terrible time to focus on myself a bit for the first time in years. I started to work out, took a class and filled my time. Also started counseling and was prescribed antidepressants (which I took for almost a year - I eventually was able to to stop taking them).
