I posted in the Emotional Needs section, which has been a relief. Right now I am so upset I feel I am breaking into little pieces. Please, pray that God gives me the strength to go on, that He gives me the wisdom to know what to do as a Christian wife. I have no person to talk to, I am so grieved and angry in turn, I can't stop my mind churning and can't decide what to do. All day I've been on this board, and reading various Christian websites, but it doesn't give me solutions.
Please pray equally for my husband, who must also be hurting and confused. He knows what God wants him to do, but I think he is trying to find excuses to get around God's clear commands. Never before has he been so cold to me, it came out of the blue for me and I feel I'm in a nightmare. He is hurting me unbearably and doesn't show care at all.
What can I say to him to convince him not to do the wrong thing, if God's own words aren't enough? His attitude is that since God forgives all our sins, he can sin as he feels he needs to and God will forgive him anyway. I don't know if my husband has taken the step into sin, from reading about the signs of someone having an affair he may well have done so. He told me a few days ago that he has always been faithful to me, but I know that even the most honest people will lie if they are having an affair. Isn't it my duty, as a fellow Christian, to warn him using God's words?
I'm rambling, I'm confused, I can't sleep, or eat, there is nothing that eases this burden. And worst of all, I cannot seek comfort from my own husband.
Dear Sick, God does forgive us of our sins. However there are laws of judgment that God has set into place. He begs us in his word to follow those laws for our own good and happiness. Grace will eventually bite back when taken for granted. My W has learned that the hard way, and i have also at times. Learn to trust God with your mate.
Dear Lord, i lift my hurting sister up to you that you would give her your peace and prescense during her time of need. Give her assurence Lord that its all in your hands and that you will provide all thats needed for the healing of her marriage. In Jesus name, Amen

Sickandunwanted----Give ALL your fears, hurts, and concerns to the Lord. He will take them away! I promise, because I have been there. If your H has had an affair, then God will give your H forgiveness, and He will also give you the ability to forgive your H yourself. Do NOT give up. My H was so hostile to me for months, too. But the last 3-4 weeks I have seen an miracle. He has given up the OW, and we are getting along better than in months. This has happened, not because of something that I have done, but because the Lord has given me another miracle. I pray that you can smile, today. You have so much to live for, and God will NOT let you down!!! I will pray for you and your H, and may God Bless you both!!
Faith n Him
