Please pray for wife Lora's salvation, healing of cancer, and restoration of our marriage (we have been divorced for three months). Pray that all unholy bonds be broken (including adultery with her daughter's ex-boyfriend), strongholds be bound and rebuked. We have a little two-year old daughter; Madison. Also please pray for financial blessings on me from the Lord, so I can provide a home, pay our bills and provide for my family, even at this hour.
Something seems to be changing in my wife, but her double mindedness, along with her friend's counsel, makes her falter back and forth between reconcilation and not reconciling. She is also on Prozac which is probably helping in this confusion, along with these attacks from the enemy. In Jesus Christ's Name, thank you.
Brad Russell, Dexter, Iowa
P.S. Lora is very double minded about reconciling, she tells me she wants to be back together, that the divorce was a mistake, and even prays with me for it, but then she'll turn and refute the whole thing. She accepts un-Godly counsel from her family and friends, who feed her anger and bitterness. I feel like giving up. We've been apart for almost a year. She is also on Prozac, and anti-depressant. I am confused by all of this.
I was just served more papers by my wife's attorney. I am sick of this. Less than a month ago, she told me she really does love me, and she wanted to look at houses. She also said that after three days after the divorce was final, she realized that getting the divorce was a mistake. Now this. I don't know what to believe. This double-mindedness, and clinging to her friends and family's pro-divorce counsel is getting to be too much. Please continue to pray.
Lora is taking me to court again on Aug 31. Please pray the Lord will stop this process, convict her, and restore this marriage. I asked Lora to have dinner with me tonight and she said she would rather have dinner with someone else. Please pray that the Lord changes her heart.
Yours in Christ, Brad

------------------
Brad Russell

She is not looking back not even one little bit and that hurts real bad, but I am there with you brother. I admire your continuing to hope.
Joe
