<BR>I am breaking my MB fast for a few days to support Americans and others here because who knows what is going to unfold? Please pray for my Canadian city of Edmonton, Alberta--our City Hall was evacuated today because two suspicious packages arrived and one really did contain a bomb. That's all the info i have at this moment but I know it's true. <P>I was at a function tonight which our Premier's wife was to attend but protection is a priority for her so she did not come. Our city is a treasure trove for oil. There is a small but significant community in northern Alberta named Fort McMurray which is almost totally economically based on oil. Pray for them. I have pastor friends there who I know will be busy with disaster preparedness measures.<P>Ottawa, Ontario, our national government's city and Halifax, Nova Scotia do not have room to contain all the Americans in need but will do what they can.<P>On a personal note, I arrived home late from work for the past two nights. On Monday, while I was having a wonderful time at a very successful event, a man tried to accost my 14 year old daughter. She realized what was happening and refused to get in the car; she ran away screaming loudly and the man turned the car in the opposite direction.<P>It feels like the whole world is going to bits but I know that God is in control. This is the devil's work wreaking havoc. And yet we know it's a sign that Jesus will soon return. Let's live for Him and lean on Him.<P>He is watching over all nations and I just pray for those who are reeling from pain wondering why this is all going on. Also, for those who are frightened. I feel scared a bit but have confidence in the Father. What is it like for those who have no hope? I pray they will find hope in Him.<P>------------------<BR>Fresh Start

I saw on the news last night of how Canadians were pulling together to help us and it just really warmed my heart that so many others care. I pray God will keep Canada safe and that these crazy radicals are captured. God bless America and the rest of his children on the earth.<P>It sounds as if you have taught your daughter well.
