Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to ask for a prayer request. I am meeting my wife to have dinner as she has just got a new job. I just ask that you pray for this situation, I don't often get to see her, although she regularly calls, and I just hope this evening will go well.
My situation hasn't changed much. My wife is still living 60 miles away with the OM, but she has come over a couple of times as she is fed up with being there!
However, God has definately been working with me. I feel he has been highlighting things that he wants changed in my life. I had been very career / money driven even though I thought that money wasn't the ruler of my life ... in reality it was. He is slowly helpinh me to focus on him entirely and trust him rather than worrying.
One other prayer request is for the father of a girl I know at church. Her fathers wife is involved in an EA with OM. I only found this out recently, before this I was only aware that they "had problems". I gave "Surviving the Affair" to my friend, and she gave it to her father. She contacted me yesterday and said her father was finding it really helpful. I just pray that I can help him in this situation as it is in it's early stages of an EA. They have a wonderful family and home and I just pray that God will help keep them together.
I would really like to share with this guy what I have learnt in the last 3 months ... so he doesn't make the same mistakes that I did. it is so easy to bear resentment in a situation like this ... and this just distances the WS and makes things worse. Again I just ask for prayer that I can have this opportunity.
My friends father and mother are both non-christians so this would be a wonderful opportunity to witness to them.
Thanks everyone.
/Plec.

Dear Pleco,
Am praying for you, and If I can get to everyone today, let them know I am praying for all. Great opportunity. Don't LB. Be positive my friend. Also, get book, Love must be Tough, by Dobson. Should have told other post to do that. Best advice and is parallel to MB. Gives alot of strength and faith.
You can do it. Talk to advisor/minister/counselor how to best handle this. You've been blessed w/great opportunity and need to know how to go about this thing the best way you can. Wisdom helps. Am praying.
"Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground; and after having done everything to stand."
