Hello everyone,<p>Not being a terribly religious person, myself (nor is my H) I have been praying since D-day. Not sure who or what I'm praying to, but I do it and it helps heal my heart and give me faith in a power greater than myself. My mother and I discussed, at length, about the power of belief, prayer and positivity; the human mind and spirit is an amazing thing and even more so when working in conjunction with others.<p>So I would like to ask, if I may, that you all help me out a bit. My H very lost, hurting, in thick fog and under the spell of a woman who freely admits she "hunted him". Obviously I'm scared for him. Obviously I'm scared for me and our M. I go to bed each night and pray that he will be safe and find his way back to me and our M. We were very happy once, so much in love and so supportive of each other. I want that back and more. I know and believe my H and I could make our M work and tackle any problems that may come our way with mutual respect and love. It's all I ask.<p>Please keep us, and everyone else in our thoughts. I love this man with all my heart and soul and want nothing more than to have "us" back in a new and improved form. I want him to be safe and happy and, of course, want that to be with me and our M. <p>Please pray that he finds his way back to me. Pray that he will see how dangerous and manipulative his OW is. Pray that he will realise how much I love, respect and adore him. Pray that he will see, in his heart, that he really loves me too. <p>Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.<p>VE

Funny how prayer works whether you "believe" or dont. Do you know anything about intercessory (sp?) prayer?
I will pray for you today to have a feeling of peace, and that you dwell on your search for the truth even as your world is crumbling.
I will pray that your husbands scales fall from his eyes.
You will be his example to follow, now is the time to make a choice for the rest of your life about who you are and what you believe.

Hi, VE.<p>Becoming "religious" is a very funny thing. I think our world, and all the people around us have put a kind of "stigma" on it, you know the old saying, "The two topics you don't ever talk about politics or religion"....<p>Well, I personally know that I couldn't have gotten through this life, much less THIS particular trial without my personal relationship with our Real and Wonderful and Personal God who has guided my every step of the way!<p>He will, He wants to make Himself and His Love for you known to you. All you have to do is ask Him!! Even if you're not sure WHAT to ask, ask Him about THAT!!! HOW TO ASK.<p>I've about come to the conclusion that the reason I'm in the midst of this trial is that my Loving God wants me closer to Him, and THIS is what it took to get me there! My bad. [img]images/icons/frown.gif" border="0[/img] <p>As far as your WH, I suspect God may be trying to "reach" him, too! Pray for him, ask God to "speak" to him personally, too! The God of the Universe is an AWESOME God, and you will be amazed what He will do, if you just believe that He is, and that He wants to reveal Himself to you!<p>God loves you unmeasurably, and your WH too!! That's why I believe you have sensed your need for Him...God Bless you on your "journey." The first, hardest step is just to TAKE A STEP, and you've already done that......keep seeking.
