My husband and I have only been married 11 months and he wants a divorce. We have been separted for 3 weeks now and I am miserable. Please pray for my husband to turn his heart and mind towards God and to surrender all to Him. Please pray that decides that he does not want a divorce and he wants to uphold the vows we have made.

I understand your pain and worry. On the bad side I went through the same thing on and off for many years. The best for your spirit is to "stop driving the bus" and leave the driving to God. That is not to say do nothing, but try to be directed by God. On the good side I have been married for over 25 yrs. Good times and bad, as in all marriages. I still struggle at times but I know God loves me, and I know my husband loves me. He still fights direction from God, and I still pray he will open his eyes and ears to it. Bottem line, was the struggle worth it? I believe it is, and God is honoring that struggle no matter the outcome, because you love him and are to listen to Him and check out the direction you "believe" you hear, in his word. I pray for inner peace and direction and that your husband will also listen. Don't let the devil condem you in your fears

Thanks klrn for your response. <p>I am definitely seeking the direction of God in all this. I also know that God said that "Marriage is honorable" and "Husbands do not divorce your wife"
My husband knows what the word says but he is still allowing his flesh to take over.
I believe when 2 or more come together in pray, God is in the midst of it all.
