Prayer for my wife ML and our marriage. We are stressed beyond measure at this point. I have been out of work since sept 10th of 2001, she had to return to work and it is with a troubled telecom company.She is still trying to deal with the pain I caused between 96-99 with my addiction to porn which lead to infidelity.We are blessed in that I'm getting to go back to school for free and will be finished in May, but I was told last night that she is just waiting until I can get a good job and then she wants a divorce because she cannot get past what I did in the past.

I will be praying for you and your marriage. Nothing is imposible with God. Hang in there and keep praying.

I have the same problem with porn. I will be praying for you and your wife that God and His grace with cover you.

Father in Heaven,

I come before You to ask that You provide for the needs of this family. Father, I ask that you take THK and his wife burdens upon your shoulders that they will not be weary. Father, I pray that You cover THK and his wife in the Blood of Jesus Christ to protect them from Satan, his demons, and his temptations. I ask that You provide the strength that is needed to endure through this time and from it may You Name be glorified. Lord, we don’t understand everything and why it happens, as it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:11:

“God has make everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.” NLT

Father, I ask that you shield and guard their heart from that which is evil as it is written in Your Words, Proverbs 4:23.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for it affects everything you do.” NLT

Lord God, I pray that you purge us from the sins that we have committed and that we can forgive each other of our mistakes and transgressions. Help us to remember Your Words that is written in Colossian 3:12-14:

“Since God chose you to be the holy people whom he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. You must make allowance for each other’s faults and forgive the person who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. And the most important piece of clothing you must wear is love. Love is what binds us all together in perfect harmony.” NLT

Father, I pray the peace that surpasses all understanding be upon this man and woman. And that they will look upon You as their compass and use Your Word as their map to find their way. Father, I pray that Your love will break through and reach them and change them, to let them know that they loved by the Creator of Peace and Joy. Father, I asked these request in the Name of Your Holy Son, Jesus Christ, who died and rose from the dead to give us life. May Your Will be done.

It's strange... I realized that I am experiencing what my wife went through for most of our marriage... Emotional ups and downs and never knowing where you stand... It is draining !
I also can see that where as I would "act out" under stress with porn /women /chatting etc in the past my poor wife is acting out by giving up and drudging up past hurts to the point of allowing demonic doorways of bitterness/ anger & jealousy to swing wide open... thank you lord for showing me that... thank you lord for these prayers and please bless these members and protect their marriages! In Jesus name amen!
