I just found out that a friend of mine is having an affair and is considering divorcing her husband. Please pray for her and her kids and husband as they go through this turmoil. Help her to see what she is doing and come to her senses before it is too late. Thanks Pat

It takes alot to stand in the gap for someone who is living in a haze. But you have the right idea prayer and lots of it by many to agree with you on this in parayer to do a battle is essential.
Have you tried tot alk to her???Her kids does she know what it will or could do to them??
Gently love her and guide her , in services last week our pastor was taking about people doing things we as christians didnt like..He said you can love some one but not love or endorse their actions and lovingly let them know you do love them but what they are doing is wrong. The damage to people over affairs is tremendous..Let her read awhile and see the pain, help her an Ill be praying fo ryou both..

Dear Lord,
Please guide this woman to realize the error of her ways before yet another family is destroyed. Help her to honor her commitment to her husband and family. And Lord, please provide a special covering over her husband and children. Give them the strength to endure the fallout of this devastating situation. In Jesus name, Amen.

I'm heartbroken to hear this.
Heavenly Father,
Please help this man and his wife just open their hearts to you and to each other. Help them to know that having an extramarital affair is not the answer to the pain that they are feeling.
Please keep Satan away and help this other woman realize that this is not what you have in store (this affair), and to help this man and this other woman stop this fantasy that is hurting everyone more everyday.
Help them please just open their heart to you and to hear that this marriage (and friendship) needs to be restored and is much more important that this nightmare (not dream) that they are living out.
Help them to realize that we are praying for this to stop as soon as it can and the healing and the caring for this man and wife to begin in the right way this time, and according to your plan.
