To all,
Just got off the phone with Steadfast & Committed (S&C). He asked me to post request that you all say some prayers for his MIL. She had a heart attack about two hours ago and is in the hospital. She hasn't accepted Christ as her savior (yet) either, so also pray that she will open her heart to Him.
He is unable to make the request himself but said he would update later.
Many thanks in advance,
God Bless
Doug

Our Dear Father. We ask that you look over your most humble and worthy servant, Steadfast & Committed, and his mother-in-law at this most serious time. You know S&C's heart and the love he has for his mother-in-law. Because of this love, we beseech thee to show Yourself, through Your Son , Jesus Christ, to her and draw her to You, so that one more of Your children will spend eternity praising You, Our Heavenly Father. Make Your presence known to her so that she has no doubt and that she will confess her sins to You and You will welcome her home. If it be Your Will for it not to be her time, we still beseech thee to gather her to you and convict and convert her heart to You. This we ask of You through the Most Precious Blood of Jesus who died so that we may have everlasting life. Amen.

Hey everyone. I finally have some time to give an update on my MIL She's doing much better. She's looking good, breathing much better and has stablized.
At 11 am here in HST (Hawaiian Standard Time) she will be going into the operating room. According tomy FIL, they want to check her heart by inserting a tube through her thigh to her heart. He didn't give any other details, so you're continued prayers are requested.
d_rose,
I want to thank you for posting this for me and bumping it. I know many people don't come here on the weekends.
TTSMM,
Thank you so much for your concern and your prayer it was truely wonderful.
And for all of you that prayed but didn't post, THANK YOU too!!! God blesses you who are faithful.
It's been a wierd week. Sat. night some kids were shooting off firecrackers while we were not at home and it spooked my dog (half Chow, half Sheperd) and it spooked him. He made a hole in the fence and ran away. I haven't foundhim yet. My feeling is that someone did find him and has kept him. Haven't heard anything from the flyers put out. I've only had the dog for a few months. We got him to fill the void left when my buddy of 11 years (Boxer) died back in March. I don't think I'm ready to get another one for a while.
May God bless each one of you. Thank you Lord for putting each one of them in my life.
S&C
