Before you get your hopes up, it is NOT about my marriage, although "God only knows."
As I believe I posted a few weeks ago, my FIL is very, very sick. He is not a believer though he was raised Episcaplian(sp), he chose not to follow when he married. His deceased W (Marie's Mom) stopped her Catholic faith at the same time. Hence why Marie is unforgiving, etc.
As soon as I found out he was sick, I started saying a Rosary for his spiritual and physical health every day. Three weeks after getting ill and his Dr. not finding the cause, he finally came up to NYC. (That's where Marie gets her stubbornness.) Anyway, when he was admitted to NY Hospital he had lost a lot of weight, fluids and blood. He was very close to dying. So I prayed that he would find God again. I wanted to know he would be in Heaven when his daughter, Marie, gets there. With my coming back to the Lord, I felt I should talk to him. But with the problems with religion, Marie and I right now, that would be difficult. After my sins against God and the M, I cannot be an effective witness. So, during my prayers I asked for God to place Godly people in my FIL's life to bring him back to God.
Today, before leaving work late (I had a class), I called Marie to let her know I was leaving. She told me that her Dad was out of the hospital. In fact, he was playing tennis. He has Hotchkins Lymphoma(sp). PTL, he is feeling better and healthy; don't know his chances or time frame, but it's at least a couple of years.

Sorry for the suspense. Marie tells me that he has a very nice visiting nurse. She comes every day to take care of his medical needs. SHE IS A NUN!

I asked God to bring godly people into his life, AND HE DID! I told Him I felt I couldn't be an affective witness, AND HE HEARD AND ANSWERED ME.
My FIL is having a Catholic woman helping him everyday.
God is Wonderful! God is Amazing!
