W's lawyer wants to make things difficult, run up his fees, whatever, so he has asked for depositions. (Well he actually asked in March or April) so they are happening on Thursday at 9:30AM Central Time.
Please be in prayer for my lawyer and me, as well as her lawyer.
Pray for me that I might be a good witness and glorify God in my testimony. That my lawyer honors God by doing his job, and that if my wife's lawyer is not following God that he might fall under conviction during this event.
While I can't claim to understand the ways of God, I don't see how a Godly man would represent a woman who seeks to leave her husband.
So pray for all of us, as I really would like God to halt this divorce.

Java,
I don't know what this means, (deposition) but I will pray!
Father,
Even at this time, we know that it is you who are in control of these things. I pray that you would continue to do a work in Javas wifes heart, and that all these things would work out to accomplish your will and purposes. that the enemies plans would backfire.
Thank you that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and that according to your word, no courtroom lies will hinder us. (Isaiah 54)
Thank you for th elove Java has for his wife, and I pray that she will come to her senses today, and realise the mistake she is making. I also pray that she will hear your word, your truth, adn be convicted, and that she will not heed ungodly counsel, but will realise that only if she does your will, she will have peace and success and love in her life.
Father, You said to keep on asking, seeking knocking, and I know that Java has been patiently doing that. Show him if ther is anything more he can do or say to bring his wife back, to you and to him.
Shul

Deposition: Testimony under oath, especially a statement by a witness that is written down or recorded for use in court at a later date.

Dear LORD, please accept this as a fervent prayer (James 5:16) on the behalf of your child, Tony for the deposition that he will be going through tomorrow. Please continue to be with him and allow him to be the person you would have him be in all areas of his life. That he will be a blessing to others and not a stumbling block and that he may continue to follow his words w/actions. Please fill him w/your strength, patience, and discernment to know and do your will in his life. Please convict the hearts of all those are involved in this situation that they would be convicted to end their disobedience to you and that their hearts would be softened to Tony and to you LORD. Thank you again for all that you have given us and all that you have not and please forgive us for wherever we fail you and in JESUS name I pray. Amen
Tony, your sister in Christ, RR

Seems WW will be deposed there as well. So she has to answer questions regarding finances, exposure of our D to the OM, and why she thinks she is a better choice for custody than am I.
Oh, I noticed on her interrogitories, (Which she hasn't completed, BTW) that she was asked similar questions, what our daughter wants etc.
It will be interesting to experience her answers to those questions.
