We really NEED the "Happy Dance" icon.........
Here's the story: I was driving down to the beach to go to my great-neice's b/day party, and I was trying to dial up my g/f from work. I tried a couple of times, couldn't really tell if the call was going through or not. All I was getting was a funny "beep" and the phone would go dead. I tried her home phone, her cell, her home again, Last time I called her home it was like: beep............nothing............beep............nothing.............I was hitting Redial on my cell...........
CR*P!!!!!!!!! I was frustrated. THEN, I look down at the LCD screen to see if it shows that the call is even going through at all,
AND IT SHOWS THAT IT'S DIALED MY H'S NUMBER!!!!!!!! I DIDN'T CALL HIM!!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HIS #!!!!!!!!!
So then I think, "He's gonna think I called him.........AND I DIDN'T!!!"
Remember - he's out of town, points west, visiting family/attending S's wedding. But I *thought* he was flying out today, so I figured his phone was off anyway, and he would see that it had rung from my phone some time later today (when his plane landed). Then might call back. OK, whatever. There wasn't anything I could do about the fact that MY PHONE CALLED HIM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! It's still weird.
Anyway, he calls back in - like - THREE MINUTES!!! Says, "Did you call me? It shows that you called me.........."
I explain I didn't mean to, <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> the PHONE DIALED IT WRONG!!!
He proceeds to say "Well, things happen for a reason............(DUH!!!!) and tells me he doesn't fly out till tomorrow..........and then tells me HE BOUGHT ME A GIFT!!!!!!!!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> (Pretend this is me doing the happy dance)
AND THAT HE'LL BRING IT TO ME!!!!!!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> (Happy Dance again)
AND THAT HE'LL BRING ME A DVD OF THE WEDDING!!!!! And point out all of S's friends. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
SS had a "Christian" wedding, married by a minister, and NO drinking/drugs at the reception (BELIEVE ME, this is a
huge change in SS).
So then he says,
"So pencil me in for NEXT SATURDAY and I'll be over!!!PTL \O/ <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
