We are requesting prayer for our son. He is 24 and has a rare genetic blood disease. He is struggling both physically and emotionally. He spent last weekend in the hospital. He had 10 grand mal seizures in 24 hours.He is in the hospital probably 15-20 times a year. He is only able to work about 20 hours a week right now. Every time he goes into the acute phase of the disease he has a %25 of not coming out of it ok. We are very scared for him. He is without insurance now also, and is facing over $250,000 in hospital, med and dr bills right now. It is a tough situation on all of us, but especially on him. God grant us the strength to get through this. Thanks for your prayers. Totallybroken

Thank you so much. We have an appt to see about getting him on SSI tomorrow. BUt I know that can be a long, tough road. But we did find a clinic about an hour away that will treat him on a sliding fee scale according to his income. So that is a major blessing to us.Plus they have a prescription program and he qualifies for free meds. God is good! I need to learn not to doubt! Dottie
