I am scared, and my faith is weak right now. I was doing fine until last Friday, and am really struggling with fear, anger, and so many different emotions now. My mother keeps telling me that God is the Great Physician and he can heal him.

My husband had a colon resection on October 22, 2004 and is doing great in recovering from the surgery. In fact, he is working some today.

His cancer was a IIIc or T3N2MX. He is to start chemotherapy on 11/22/04 (FOLFOX4 regimen). He is also being scheduled for a PET scan which should tell if it has spread. He did have a CT scan but it did not show the colon cancer so I don't have a lot of faith in it.

For the doctors out there. There is one thing on the pathology that I have not been able to find an explantion for (I think I know).

It says: "Infiltrative tumor border with minimal intratumoral/peritumoral lymphocytic response." I think it is used in the prognosis of his cancer.

My husband is the type that chooses to know as little as possible, and I have not asked the doctors what it means or anything else about the pathology report.

Please pray for his cure, and that he tolerates the chemotherapy with few side effects.
