My husband and I have been married for 8 years, and I am looking for some new ways to show creative affection. Any hints??

blind fold him, dab a little honey on one part of your body, then ask him to find it!

If you're talking about Creative Affection that leads to SF, I have a good one:
One time, I set up a "treasure hunt" for my H with sticky note clues. Each "clue" led him to a different place in the house and was stuck to something I wanted him to bring to the "final destination." For example, a can of spray whipped cream in the fridge, some sexy lingerie in the dryer, a cd of romantic "mood music" on the bookshelf, etc. (It's been like 7 years, so I can't remember what I actually used, but it was stuff along these lines.)
A variation that wouldn't necessarily lead to SF would be hiding Post-it love notes where he'd find them throughout the day (on the bathroom mirror, in his lunchbox, on the sun visor in his car, etc.)

Thanks to both of you for your replies. I'll experiment.
