We give little gifts sometimes and we make a game of finding the gift in the house. Use one of those small jigsaw puzzles (blank) and write a note on it telling where the gift is. Make sure that the person has to have all the pieces of the puzzle to figure it out! On the back of each piece write a clue to the next piece of the puzzle.

Example: Open a wrapped gift or card that contains one puzzle piece. The front can't be read because the writing is so large only a line or two of ink is on it. On the back it might say "Beware the frozen tundra" and that is a clue to look in the freezer for the next puzzle piece.

Do that with each puzzle piece and then when they get them all together it might say "beneath your favorite roost" which would lead them to look under the chair or couch, etc. That is where the little gift is hidden.

Some puzzle pieces may say "Give me a kiss and a squeeze and I'll tell you where the next piece is" so that searching becomes a contact sport!
