My husband and I both have recreational activities as important emotional needs. Things that have really made us feel close lately are:

Going to a concert - We love contemporary Christian music and saw Third Day in concert.

Kayaking - We live near a river and can rent kayaks for the day.

Hiking - We went camping and took a 3 hr hike.

Snorkeling - On vacation in Cozumel we shared this new experience together.

Hubby and I enjoy going to the local pub where they play live music. We enjoy a beer or two, flirt mercilously with each other, and make late night plans (wink). When we get home we feel like a couple of teenegers!
