Prayer groups are my life line. I would like to join in and will be posting on this forum. One question....what is the title of the book everyone is reading and can I find it in most book stores.
You can read my profile. My husband is still home but sometimes seems confused. He says he loves me but I pray for a return to the way we used to be and no OW a part of our lives or marriage. He does seem to be somewhat addicted and it might be a hard withdrawal. Please help and pray. Thank you

Wecome AGB! We're so glad you're joining us. The name of the book is the Power Of A Praying Wife, by Stormie O'Martian. You can get it from Amazon.com for $7.99, and most Christian Bookstores carry it.
Please feel free to post, we all pray for each other and have had some great answers to prayer.
Most of us have found that by using Stormie's book, it has revealed what we need to pray about for ourselves, changes that we need to make in our lives. Once you get your book, read Chapter One - His Wife. It seems like most of us have found this to be the most pertinent chapter, and one we keep going back to.
Thanks so much for joining us. We have been for the most part studying one chapter per week. If you want to read through the old posts about the other chapters, at the top of the forum page click on view all posts.
We'll be praying for you. God bless you.

AGB,
Welcome! It is so great to have so many new people joining in on this women's study. Now that AW has given you the rundown on the book you will have the insight which all of us have received as to how to pray for our husbands with power.
Please post often so we can get to know you and pray more specifically. We all are learning how to pray for our H's but we also need prayer for ourselves. As you will see we all have much the same thing in common but some have differing circumstances surrounding our relationship with our H.
You will find this forum strives to be very positive and hopeful in our trust that God can do a miracle in our marriages. That doesn't mean we don't view things realistically but we try and maintain our focus on God.
Lord, bless AGB as she begins this study. Make her feel a part right away. We thank you for this new sister and look forward to her being a part of this team of prayer warriors. Meet her needs today and give her your peace and protection. In Jesus Name.
Blessings, Taj
------------------
"Perfect love casts out fear" I John 4:18

Thank you guys. Thanks, thanks, thanks. I just called my church's bookstore and they are holding a copy of the book for me. I will pick it up today when I to pick up my daughter from school. I will read diligently tonight and try to catch up with you guys. Taj, thanks for the prayer. I started to cry as I read it. Thanks again.

Hi, just wondering how you're doing. Have you had a chance to look at POPW yet? You're in our prayers, AGB. God bless
