Father please give Samantha wisdom in how to deal with her daughter. Bring this girl to a point where she can recognize you, and call out to you herself. Protect her and help her to find somewhere to get the medication or whatever it is that she needs. We know you know the answers, show Samantha what to do. Protect the baby too.

Dear Father in Heaven, I pray that you will comfort Samantha and her family during this time. Please protect her daughter Siobhan and her unborn baby. Lead her back to her parent's home tonight Lord. Help the doctors to find the right medication for her, convince Siobhan to take it as well. Guide Samantha in all her contact with her daughter, please go before her in every instance. Thank you Lord, In Jesus Name I pray, AMEN.

Hello and I wanted to take a moment to thank you Neen and Alcoholic's Wife
Both of your prayers meant much to me and they have helped. They have brought me peace pretty much. They brought her home last night and up to this time I know she is safe. The following is an update on what has transpired today. I am sure that you can tell by the down hand icon that it is not going as well as I and all of you had hoped and prayed. I am trying to trust that the Lord has a plan, a perfect plan that I in my limited human insight cannot see.
My heartfelt thanks to you both. Again I must repeat that I feel so blessed with both of you and your effort and time for this seemingly bad situation. If you can please continue to pray. The following will explain.
UPDATE 3:51 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
Went to work this morning and as soon as the agency opened I spoke to the people that are in charge of assisting her in her care and mental health. They were wonderful. They contacted her father and he was leaving work to go with them to the county court house to petition the judge to have her hospitalized for a seventy-two hour evaluation time. The judge granted the motion.
The police and ambulance met all of them at my ex's house and they took Siobhan to the first place they had to for the screening. So far everything was going well.
When she was finally interviewed the screener deemed she was not "psychotic enough" to be hospitalized. She was then released.
This man must have been a blithering idiot. The situation in our state is very bad for the care of the mentally impaired. This man has no degree, he is not a social worker, psychologist, he is some yo yo that chose to work in this field. I am amazed that he came to this conclusion. It would not have cost the county anything. She has insurance benefits that would cover her for a while longer.
The long and short of it is that she is free at the moment to wander at will. I am afraid that she is going to get hurt by someone. If not that that she will hurt someone else or the baby. Die of exposure to the elements since it is a cold winter here. She has no fear of anything and would go with anyone and get into any strangers car. The possibilities are endless and very frightening.
Unless she gets bad enough for this organization to decide that she needs to be hospitalized in the next 48 hours then the court order is no good. Then we will have to start the whole process over again.
She has informed me that she is on the way over here. I am afraid of her and am not comfortable being alone with her. It is a very eerie thing to fear one's own child.
For now all we can do is continue to pray. Keep the faith and hope up in the Lord. Our hands are tied. Her father, her family, all of you, the police, the organization that helps her, the courts and I have done everything we can do. The county agency that did the screening did not. If anything happens to her or anyone else it is on their heads. They dropped the ball.
Thanks again and I am going to try and rest and relax until she arrives here.

------------------
God bless you and all of us. We are all going to make it, all of us! With God on our side we can't loose. What God has joined together let no man put asunder.
Samantha

Samantha, I'll be praying for you and your daughter on my drive home tonight. Hang in there.
I checked my email a little bit ago, and to my surprise there was a second unread daily bible verse quote for last Sunday waiting. I thought to myself, "Hmmm, I already got this email on Sunday so why is a duplicate showing up now?". I opened it, and immediately realized why. God sent it to me. I'll share it with you because it was so comforting to me:
"Thus says the Lord: 'Keep your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears; for your work shall be rewarded.'"
- Jeremiah 31:16
God is here in our midst Samantha. We've got to keep hold of our faith.
AW,
Thank you dear and guess what I believe the prayers are working because she seems much calmer and more at peace. I don't know if it is because she feels like she is victorious over the battle to put her in the hospital or if it is God's miraculous work and she is becoming healed of this dreaded malady. I prefer to continue to hope and pray that she is becoming healed.
PTL! She is at least experiencing some peace and I am not feeling as badly either. I know that my hands are tied and that God and only God can fix this situation.
So, again thank you and please keep praying. There is a mighty power working with all this prayer and prayer in great numbers is seemingly helping.
Much Love!
------------------
God bless you and all of us. We are all going to make it, all of us! With God on our side we can't loose. What God has joined together let no man put asunder.
Samantha
