I just wanted to take an opportunity to thank you all for praying for me, my H, and our marriage. I have not posted for awhile, but I have been reading and praying for YOU daily. I want to share what changes have occurred since we began praying. When I first started, I wanted my h to stay with me and my marriage to work more than anything in the world. I would have done anything to make that happen. In fact I read lots of self-help books, searched the internet, went to a councilor, etc. For each attempt I made, we took two steps back. When I finally hit the bottom of the pit, I gave up. Not on my marriage, though. I just gave up doing it on my own. I gave it all to God. What He did was change ME! The focus was no longer on holding on to my H, it was God holding on to me. He taught me that I would be okay no matter what happened with my H. That He loves me for me! That He is my life source NOT my H. It was really scary letting go. But it is so freeing now. God showed me how to let him fill my cup - not my H. I am no longer angry at my H for not meeting my expectations. I trust in God to meet my needs now. Ladies, your prayers have made a major difference in my life. Not only have I changed but my H has changed. The man who was never very affectionate and said he would not and could not change is now a loving, compassionate person. Never leaves without a kiss and speaks to me on the phone using endearing terms like "sweetheart" or "honey". What a transformation! A man who started into pornography with this affair has thrown away all trash in our home. In addition, the Christian husband of mine who I have never seen read the Bible in 15 years, now reads the word every day. He has also assisted with sharing Bible stories with the kids each night. I am bursting with joy only 5 months after discovery. Our heavenly Father has blessed me immensley. I can't give credit to a councelor, friend, book or tape - only God! I am so sorry to go on and on but I want to give you hope and share my joy. Our friends and family are not aware of the affair so I can't share this with them, but some have commented on a change in us and my light is shining brightly. Thank you so, so much for bringing out this book and praying with me. I have also bought this book for a friend and want to continue to share it with others. You guys have been great to me and I can't tell you how much it has meant to have someone to "talk" to when no one else was here. Love to you all ---- J

New Day,<BR>What an incredible testamony for the Glory of God being worked out in your life. <BR>God too has been halping me to let go. I no longer put my hopes in my husband or let my emotions be swayed each time he does or does not talk to me. I have put my hope in my God. He has been impressing on me to pray, pray, and pray some more. I sing praises when I walk. I love drawing closer to God. It is not easy but I have learned some of the tricks of satan and can get out of it a little quicker. God is so great. He too has changed me. And I too have seen my husband a little more friendly with me. Only time will tell, but it is easier to wait when it is God you trust and have your hope in. Thanks again for sharing. To see God working so powerfully in your life affirms what I know, That God is working in my marriage right this second and He will perfect it and bring my husband and I together again. All for God's glory and in His will for my life.

Thank you so much for sharing your glorious testimony with us. Your faith and trust in God is so uplifting. How wonderful it is that your H shares your faith now and you worship Him together. That to me would be the ultimate intimacy for a couple. You've made me happy tonight NewDay, for I know that God's hand was in every aspect of your restoration, and all the glory for your renewed marriage goes to God. Our God reigns supreme, there is no other before him. My praises to Him!! Thank you Lord for this tremendous testimony of your love, and your awesome power to change our lives for the better.
