I am asking for prayer for my dad. He just started chemotherapy this week. Right before Xmas he had surgery for stomach cancer. Please pray with me that the cancer doesn't spread, chemo works, and it doesn't come back. Thank you all so much.
AW,
Went through the ordeal of Cancer with my Dad a long time ago. I understand. It is so difficult to see your family hurting. I imagine this only adds to your stress level.
My prayers are with both your Dad and you. I understand that there is a pretty good cure rate for this kind of Cancer in comparison to others. The combination of prayers and medicine is powerful!
Love, Taj
------------------
"Perfect love casts out fear" I John 4:18

Oops, You are not now and never have been merely an Alcoholic's Wife. So, that means I can't address you as AW either. Hey, I liked Rootbeer as a user name. So, maybe I'll address you as RB! Thanks Taj! Rootbeer is fine; next to Dr. Pepper its my son's favorite soda!
Thank you so much for your prayers though. He came through the surgery very well, even though they had to remove his whole stomach. He's been learning to eat by chewing everything very thoroughly. Mom said he's doing good. Both my parents are devoted Christians, and always have been, so there's been lots of prayers going up.
