Sorry gang I left so abruptly. I went through a period of time that all the pain here on the board was just too much for me to deal with. Every time I came here I relived too much of my affair.
A time came that all that I had thought healed was rearing its ugly at me. I had not forgiven nor forgotten anything. I still needed to forgive myself and OM. It was a very hard thing to do.
but, in the middle of this hellacious crisis of reliving the affair, we moved. What a blessing it has been to have moved. It has provided ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT. Which has been so good for me. But, it has also brought about so much change i thought I was going insane!!! I leaned on God so much I was beginning to think I was a leech!! LOL
Our move showed me some areas I still needed to work on . I took my husband for granted for sure. I didn't take time for my kids, I was totaly glued to this computer. I used MB for so much support that I forgot I had a husband who needed healing also. Here I thought I was providing as much emotinal support as I could and my husband revealed to me that I haven't been. So, I learn some more and lean some more.
The Lord revealed to me that I need to get up in the mornings to be with my husband and to pray with him. That will be a test of my faith, my husband gets up at 4am... I love to sleep... I am very much in love with my hsuband and verymuch want his total forgiveness and want a blessed marriage....
Hope all is well with all of you, I see a lot of new faces... Mercy, so glad to see you back and to hear your progress report!
Well you came back at a good time as we just finished (well, I haven't) chapter 0ne and just started chapter two.
So go back to those threads in chapter one and put in your answers. If your husband has given you more insight in how to meet more of his needs and chapter one does talk about how you can pray for your husband, perhaps this will draw the two of you even closer!
Sounds like the time away from school will be good for all of you, although the pressure that you lived through in all that time might almost make you feel like almost empty with the lack of pressure and time constraints now.
Glad you are getting up at 4AM to pray with hubby, it really is a glorious time of the morning, to hear the birds stirring and singing their praises to the Father, watching the sky become brighter and seeing this new day the Lord has brought forth, etc. It is like having some anticipation for what is HE going to do this day and finding yourself more alert and watching for whatever it is. I love it!
Father, bless this sister and continue to draw this couple together and to yourself, make their marriage something spectacular that others will receive hope and be blessed by their union. Show us how to encourage them in their walk with you. Use this forum for building up. IJN, Amen.
