I have a special request for prayers tonight. Two friends of mine were in a terrible accident. They were walking their dogs at night. One friend is blind. A car hit all four of them, and it sounds like they were on the sidewalk! This happened 10 days ago, and one friend just got out of the hospital to let people know what happened. The other friend is still in ICU with serious injuries. The dogs were killed. My heart is aching with sorrow and a desire to somehow help them. Ok, I need to compose a prayer here... <P>... I don't know what to say. I don't have the eloquence I see so often in this forum. Lord, please give my friends the strength to recover from their injuries and tragic loss of their beloved pets. Please let them and everyone else here see what we need to see and learn what we need to learn. We are placing our faith in Your hands so that we may live our lives in ways that please you. IJN Amen.

Father, I too, stand in unity and agreement with these two sisters in this prayer for these friends of Lonesome. Father reveal yourself in a might way. Let your peace flow over all that Your expressed will in allowing this tragedy may unfold. IJN, Amen.
