If a mortgage company knows that an agency is working with someone to do budget counseling, sometimes they will allow interest only payments for a while.<P>I am sure that if a mortgage company thinks you are renting your house out, or a part of your house out - then you are gaining by not paying the payments. I think that you need to find a non-profit agency that works with special cases like this, to see what all of your options are.<P>TnT

Hi Everyone,<P>Sorry it has taken so long to reply. I have been really sick again off and on. <P>Lonesome -- Thank you for the wonderful insight. I have been trying very hard not to focus in on me. I have to say one good thing about all the rejections is that my Mom has really been here for me. She has abandoned me so many times in the past. And for once she is really coming through as best she can. I thank God for that opratunity she has given me. I also have to rely on people. I have always been self relient and never willing to ask for help from anyone. Now all I can do is be relient on others.<P>N -- Ontario heh? We see you guys come down all the time durring the summer. Our beaches are filled with Canadians enjoying our warmer water. Actually this summer I have been able to go in. It ussually is so cold my legs ache so bad! How are you doing? I know you are borred. Have you thought of offering your services free to a school or the like. You are so smart it would be shame for your talents to go to waste. Plus you would get out of the house.<P>TNT -- Thank you so much for the prayer. I have been talking to the morgage company. They might be willing to make a deal. I have also been comunicating with the welfare office. It is just hard right now becuase several companies are closing down. I also am calling legal aid Monday and giving a status. They are working with me to help keep the house. I was talking to a different legal aid office and she was mean to me...but the other office in the State Capital is very nice and helpful. <P>I am trying every option. Maybe pray for a job very soon and beef prices to go up. Mom promised to sell some cows to help me out. She does not want to sell yet because the prices are low. In Texas there was a scare of Mad Cow desiese. <P>I have just been gardening, sewing, and spending time with my cats. Plus brusing up on my Access database to go in hand with SQL. <P>You women are so wonderful. I hope you know that. I thank God everyday for your most needed support. I still do not have any friends here and I consdire you such a wonderful life line. I hope I support you as much as you have me.
