As usual I am requesting prayer from you wonderful ladies. Hubby and I are packing for our third annual Snowboarding vacation to British Columbia. As always I'm nervous as a cat about the flying. I always have been, but now since September 11, I'm just a bit more so.
Please say a prayer that we are kept safe and sound while we are in the air, traveling the roads and on the slopes. I am way athletically challenged. You could also add if God could dump tons of snow on us while we are there. Last year the snow fall was record low and the snowboarding really wasn't good.
We are both really looking forward to this trip. We have worked our bottoms off all summer working on our home. No vacation or even a weekend to go Mountain Biking or camping.
I just finished my second full week of Wellbutrin and the jury is still out on it. I haven't come to any conclusions yet. My depression seems a bit better, yet I seem to be in a very bad mood. Short tempered and easily angered? I'm trying to give it the full three weeks before I make any decisions on whether to keep taking it or not?
We are boarding the plane on Tuesday at 6:00 a.m. We need to be up and on the road by 3 a.m. as we have to cross the Canadian border to get to the airport and we don't know if we will be detained there and how long that may take. When we get back and unpacked, I will post an update and let you all know how it went. That should be February 5, so look for me on the evening of the 6 th.
Meanwhile know each and everyone of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Take care and tons of love and hugs, Samantha

Best wishes Sam!
On our trip the first of the year both Guard & I were "wanded" by security. Expect it. Wear shoes that are easy to take off...because if you are chosen, they do want your shoes off. I figure of course I fit the profile of a terrorist--female, 40ish, blonde, kinda fluffy looking .
I hope your trip is wonderful & the anger is but a passing stage out of the depression.
Love you
