Hi Everyone,<p>Well I came with no lawyer and Tony's lawyer ripped me to shreds on the witness stand but I won!<p>Tony called the other night. He left his mother's house and was trying to drive to CA. This is why he was not at the trial. His truck died in Utah. He called from Chicago on his way from flying home. I feel so awful for Tony. <p>He needs his medication and his mother has started to refuse to let him have it. Not sure if this 100% true or not but knowing Marie like I do it would not suprise me much. It also would not suprise me if Tony just refused to take it. All I know is Tony needs a great deal of help right now. Could you all please pray for him. He somehow needs a mirical to make his way out of his depression, anxiety attacks and drug/alchol use. <p>In the DVP order they have to pay me to have the window fixed and have the locks changed. It is so weird to think that I won. Even my advocate said that she thought I would not win due to the changes in the rulings from the State Supreme court. Well I guess all your prayers worked. I still feel that the one person who really looses is Tony. He really needs someone on his side...and it sure is not his family. Really please pray for him that he gets the helps he needs. I know I can not be the one to help him.

Paha,<p>Thank the Lord! Yes! <p>Tony isn't your problem. I wish he would quit calling you. I am so glad you won that DVP order.<p>Get some 3x5 cards and write down the terms of the DVP order - and when Tony calls, read it to him, and then tell him that you are logging the fact that he is calling you - and will report it if it continues.
Then tell him that you sincerely hope that he gets help, but that you are not a professional and cannot provide that help for him.

I am listening, and taking notes.<p>We have learned unhealthy coping strategies with these abusive men in our lives, and we really need to "let go, and let God." It is hard, but maybe if we understand more about why we are a magnet to these "piece of work men" then maybe we can get all the way healthy.<p>Anyway, I am sooooo glad that you won the DVP, that is just plain FANTASTIC.<p>God Bless You

Hi Everyone,<p>I am still in a state of shock that I won. My mom said I should become a lawyer. I am also suprised that I won in regards to Tony paying for the locks to be changed. I knew I would get the money for the windows. <p>Sheryl --- Thank you so much. Hang in there.<p>CL --- Thank you too. I am trying to stay strong. Also thank you for the prayer. How are you doing? I am praying for you all the time. I know the last time you posted you were missing your dog. <p>LH --- Thank you. Do not fear Tony is not going to be part of my life. I just know how much he needs some prayers lifted up for him right now.<p>TnT --- How are you. Glad the trip went well. Are things better between you and your H? I am praying all the time. I know it would be harmful for me to get back with Tony; and it is not going to happen. I am willing right now to talk to him on the phone for short period of time because I know how hard it is for him. Plus it is easier to deal with Tony than his lawyer. How odd is that. But thank you so much for reminding me of what I need to do for my own safty.
