I'm barely scraping by and today I get an overdraft notice for the account that is mostly my H's responsibility. I opened a checking account of my own to start the separation of our money in December. There's an automatic withdrawal from the account on the 20th for health insurance. I have just enough to cover it, and now I find out it's overdrawn $160. Unless the bank did a major snafu, that means H burned through my meager savings account for overdraft protection, plus another $160 in the red. arrrrghhhhh! This is what I get for offering to keep him covered on health insurance!?!?!?! Right now I feel like there is NO reward, only punishment, for being nice to this man.
Feel free to share whatever bibically pertinent lesson you see fit!!!!

Do I have to be Biblically pertinent this early in the morning???
How about just this --> (((((LH)))))
Okay, Biblical huh? How about this old standby, which seems to fit pretty well:
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God... Romans 8:28
...or...
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I untio you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27
I chose those two verses because to me, this is not about your duty as a wife... this is simply about you "making it" throughout this time.
You are a kind and gentle soul, LH, and you do not deserve this pain and stress. Lean on God for comfort... and us.
Love you,

Morning LH,
Dont get upset until you know the facts! Could easily have been a mistake by the bank or the health insurance co.
My auto insurance did an automatic deduction once for 6 mos instead of 1. Made quite a mess of my acct for a few days.
It is very hard to be patient and to shoulder everything. Some days it is as if one more weird thing and you will just scream.
It is okay to be angry, to be totally frustrated. Try to use that energy constructively. Let it out. Then there is more room for prayer!
Sending prayers and love your way.

Hey LH,

Mom said the wind was so awful at her house that she thought the roof was going to be taken off.
Hope you are doing better. Keep in there. Maybe it is time to close out the account and let your H have charge of his own. I mean Plan B does not mean that you have to be in charge of his finances.
I will pray for you. : )
