Well things went pretty well today. After the talk we had lastnight. I didn't find my self wanting to run to a phone at work and call her(push).
Tomorrow evening is when she goes to church for her prayer thing( I don't know what it is exactly She is catholic If that helps anyone) Its about giving your sins to GOD. ( She says she really need to do this, and she does)
I will be watching the kids at her house till she gets home. I want to be there for her. Or just do something to let her know that I really do care about what she has been and is going through. Even though what she experienced I will never know how she is feeling.
Well I have to go Got Finals tonight. Be back in a little while.
Thank yall for everything
------------------
brownphdt

brownphd,
I am a Catholic, but I don't know what this is other than a confession. Anyway, no matter - the point is she is beginning to think she CAN be forgiven and that is a step in the road to recovery! Connecting to God can only HELP her!!!!
Roll Me Away
------------------
"Life is made up, not of great sacrifices or duties, but of little things in which smiles and kindnesses and small obligations, given habitually, are what win and preserve the heart and secure comfort."
Sir Humphry Davy
This is the season of Advent. I'm Lutheran, and we have our midweek services on Wednesdays for 4 weeks prior to Christmas. Something similar also takes place 4 weeks before Easter called Lent.
You can find more information by either looking this up on the net, or by calling her church and requesting information. Many churches have booklets which detail why they celebrate the way they do.
My relatives are Catholic and at their church they can go to confession whenever there is a priest in the confessional.
