Good evening all,<P>I have been home for hours alone. Husband is home now. <P>I have been drinking wine and writing nonsense and then some sense. Somehow it has made me feel a little empowered. Now if I make it through tomorrow morning then all will be well.<P>I have been terribly depressed and having a pretty hard time of it the last couple of days. I have not posted here about it because I feel that I have so much to be thankful for. I.e. husband home and trying to make this all work.<P>Still I am in great pain. I know that many of you are in harder places than I am at the moment. Red, so as to reap the heath benefits.<P>Actually this was a good day and evening, but sometimes I'm down too and I almost feel ashamed of myself when that happens because I am so much better off than some here.<P>Sometimes I know what triggers the down time, but sometimes I don't...it just happens. It is so hard to crawl back out.<P>I try to think of it as "grieving time" which is healthy. Samantha-MI,<P>I was thinking of making myself a long island after I log out...maybe, maybe not. My husband is out of town and I miss him.<P>Don't feel like you aren't entitled to feel pain because you have it better than others. Pain is pain regardless of the degree or if others are in worse pain than you.<P>Prayers to you as well...God bless and have a good cry if you need to.
