Goodmorning All,
I feel like I'm in a H.A.L.T..
Hungry: I've been eating pretty well lately. I don't know if I'll have breakfast today. Somedays my stomach can't handle food.
Angry: You bet! I HATE this infidelity sickness. Just when I think things are going my way. I can't tell. I have to give this back to God. I wish she would get her s@#t together and do what she says she wants to do. Come home.
Lonely: I am so tired of sleeping alone! I miss reaching over and touching her. Smelling her, hearing her breath while she sleeps. That twitch she has right after she falls asleep, that shakes the bed. It makes me laugh thinking about it. Most of all makeing love. I can't tell you allhow horny I am!
Tired: No matter how hard I try I can't get a good nights sleep. I stay up until at least midnight every day. Then I toss and turn all night. My 3 yr. old crawls in bed with me at some point and she can't be still. I HATE waking up. I drag my [censored] ouy of bed every day. Thank God for coffee.
Sorry if I brought any of you down to my level, I had to get that out.
Well I guess I'll get ready for another day of hell.
I know God is with me. At some point I'll give this to him.
Love Y'all,
Bill
------------------
BB
Bill,
Are you on anti-dep meds?
It sounds like... if you're not you should be...
if you are... you need some other Rx.
Hey... we're all going through this very hard time. Holiday's make it all the worse.
Take some time out of your busy day and just pray... let go to God a little bit each day... It makes that part of the day easier to handle... Maybe gives you something to look forward to.
Jim [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
On Plan P - praying...

Thanks Jim,
Ive been on Welbutrin for just over a week. It has helped some. I hate taking any kind of drugs. You know my story .
I am heavily into plan-P.
I know He's there, watching out for me and Robin. My human side is what gets tangled up. It does fade in and out thats comforting.
Bill
------------------
BB
hi william, I think most of us can relate to how you feel...it is an expected reaction to all the pain, isn't it? If you felt fine, then we would wonder bout how emotionally healthy you are.
There is nothing wrong with feeling the hurt and anger. Try to use it constructively. Anger can be beneficial. I used it to exercise and push me toward goals. It also helped me sleep better. Sleep deprivation can do some strange things to your head, so if you cannot sleep on your own, get some help with that. Warm milk, soothing music, no caffeine, exedrin pm works well.
It just all hurts so bad somedays that we wonder when it will end, when you can get back to feeling 'normal' and feel joy again. It will come back william, just give it some time. Use the down time to work on things you want to look at in your own head. Use it to strengthen your relationship with your child.

Bill,
You just welcomed me and I looked for your post... I am sorry, I feel the same way. It's so late now + she's not home... Have my association's weekly morning meeting every thursday & I'm shaking all day for so much caffeine, today I drank 8 cups!!! and felt just fine through the day (in the office we use decaf- I'll go to Wall-Mart and get some REAL coffee mañana.
My daughter (7-yr old) is sleeping upstairs in our bed, can't tell her to go to her room- children know when something's not right and these little ones don't deserve all this s@#t like you say.
