1. Don't miss the boat.
2. Don't forget that we're all in the same boat.
3. Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark.
4. Stay fit. When you're 600 years old, someone might ask you to do something really big.
5. Don't listen to critics, just get on with what has to be done.
6. Build your future on high ground.
7. For safety's sake, travel in pairs. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
8. Two heads are better than one.
9. Speed isn't always an advantage, the snails were on board w/ the cheetahs.
10. When you're stressed, float awhile.
11. Remember the ark was built by amateurs, the Titanic was built by professionals.
12. Remember that the woodpeckers inside are a larger threat than the storm outside. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/cool.gif)
13. No matter the storm, when you're with God, there's a rainbow waiting.
Just something I saw the other day and seems to hold true to many of our situations. Sparkydog: How are you? How is Cat? Alot of what you wrote holds true. But, hopefully as time passes, we will see dry land. I am physically feeling drained, but my mental health is mild. I am supposed to go back to the doctor for a follow-up on my health. I will admit, I have fallen off the wagon alot lately. I am trying very hard to eat modestly to prevent purging. I even asked my kids after my last stressful episode to firmly monitor my eating. I also told them that this was the only time I would ever allow them to tell me what to do. The good thing is that I am taking a majorly proactive route to wellness. I want to get out of the boat eventually and hit dry land. Actually, a beach with a cushioned lounge chair, lemonade, large brim hat, a good book would be nice. Maybe even take a light nap. Tonight is tostadas with spanish rice, loud grandson, house shoes, curling up with spouse to read while he watches tv as loud grandson climbs and drools all over us. Both you and Cat have a great evening.

My3kids, Kat1, TB
Glad you liked it. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif) happy to oblige.
Judy,
Cat and I are okay, she just posted to say it all I think. Duck analogy sounds about right for us. Looking good on the outside, crazy on the inside.
As for the green, it depends on whether your going to pinch me or not, and more importantly where. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/wink.gif)
Hugs right back at you. You are doing great, keep it up. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
{{{{Sobeit}}}}
I've been shirking on my board duties and not been posting a lot, but things are starting to brighten up here as well and now I can get back to the business at hand, making your life better and brighter too. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif) Keep it up and things will be awesome for you.
Cat,
I love you. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/cool.gif)
Hope tonight is as special for you as it will be for me. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif)
------------------
Allen
sparky_dog_mb@yahoo.com
