thank you everyone for writing back to me. I appreciate the help. for those who where wondering. This OW still works at the same place as my H. It is on a military base, but they are in different buildings. I feel my only hope is to move. We need a fresh start. But saying that and doing it are seperate issues. Please keep me in your prayers for peace of mind. I feel like the walls are caving in. I am working on getting an attorney, found one, but we can't afford it. That is also frustrating. She of course is having Public Aid handle it so she doesn't have to pay for legal help. Not having funds for legal advice, and no funds for counseling has been difficult. I also have no help here with my child. So if we got counseling, I have no one to watch her. But I am trying to find some solutions. I really hope we hear some news tomorrow. I am waiting on job news, extra money news, and of course child support papers for an appeal. I really need at least one of these to get going. Once again thank you.

Babstr, As everyone else has said, my heart goes out to you. I have walked in your shoes, I wish I had not. You mention your H works on a Mil Base. If it is safe to assume he is military, then this might help. Go talk to JAG, and see if they can recommend a lawyer (or have a list of lawyers) who are reservists who might provide legal assistance for free or at lower rate. If you are concerned about the military adultery issue, we were told it was nonissue so long as the command did not have to get involved. It depends on base commander, and at the base where we were that was the attitued. ( Ironically in our on base neighborhood, of 36houses,there were 4 officers who had EA's off-base, in other locations (either out of town or out of state). Do you feel like the situation is totally out of control? I did. Well got to go. Good luck, let everyone here help you.<BR>Texasgirl.
