I had a fiht with my husband last monday night because I call the hotel he was supposed to stay for a business trip and I figure out he wasn´t there until 4 AM. He never talked to me, he came back the next day and never came back home. I have no idea where he is and in those last couple days we had lots of family demands, like my sister had a baby, my cousin´s wedding yesterday and I am all by myself. Thing is I can´t stop to cry and tomorrow something really important is going to happen in my career - a promotion - and seems I can´t put myself together. I´m desperated.

Claudia - Hope you're doing better by now. If not, take the time for a really good cry. Get it out of your system. Then think about YOU! Prepare for that promotion. Good luck with it.
Sue
Claudia,
Wow [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] - You can't take it all on at once. Try segmenting your issues and give them each attention only one at a time. You have a lot on your plate right now.
Congratulations on the promotion - this is an important event, so do try to enjoy it. Especially now you need to give fair play to those things, like this promotion, that can make you feel good about yourself.
Hang in there! Keep in touch!
------------------
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
Galatians 5:22-23

Thanks to everybody out there. I lost a couple pounds, not too bad at all, I´m not having enough sleep but I feel better than the weekend. I barely could write back to you to say hi. I cried sooo muchhh... By the way, I spoke with my therapist today early in the morning and he old me that my H is in a very stressful period of his life, like middle age crisis and that I had not to do with it. I´m trying to give him support until he decides what we will do with our marriage. My shrink said he is usntable because he has a family history of failure and depression. I don´t know, I´m just trying to take it easy and do not cry too much.
Thanks you all.
