Well, tomorrow I leave to go meet my wife for our vacation. She left Friday night so she could have some time alone to think about our situation. This could be good or bad, but I am hoping for the best. Maybe her being by herself will have opened her eyes a little bit.
We made a promise in front of our marriage councelor to try not to talk about our situation at all on the vacation. If we do, we promised to keep it very short and to the point and only if the other agrees to the topic. We are going to try to concentrate only on relaxing and trying to have a good time with each other so we can try to put things back together.
At least these are my intensions. Like I said, she has been there by herself and it is a possibility that she may have chosen not to work this out. I have come to accept the fact that this may not work out the way I want it to. If it doesn't, then I know I did my best to try and save it, but I can't do it by myself.
Anyway, wish us luck and pray for us that we can work through this and save our marriage.
