I posted a request in another forum for songs that might help me get thru this tough time. The response has been so great I was wondering if any of you OW had some musical suggestions for my friend who is the OW and is also feeling depressed and heartbroken.
Are there any songs/cd's/artists that have or are helping you get thru losing the one you loved?

I don't imagine you will get too big of a response with a calling out for OW...you may get flayed, but that is about it. Anyway as far as songs/CD's go, I would suggest something non romantic otherwise you will continue to wallow in misery and the withdrawl will be relentless.

Lonelysoul-
EXACTLY! Why would I want my friend to wallow in misery and relentless withdrawal!
And for that matter why would any betrayed wife want the OW in their life to stay in withdrawal or worse yet, to become obsessed with their H and try to hang on.
I know I'm in the small percentage of W's that actually have a friendship with the OW and my real reason is to see her heart heal. I'm just looking for something positive here. She loves her music as much as I do.
Any good music therapy, anybody?
