I know this is a rhetorical question, but what do you do if your H grandiose fantasy has simmered down to simply "I've changed" and he now denies wanting a relationship with OP just that they enjoy working together and doing the missionary thing...
and yet, she needed to leave her H and kids (part time) and live in her own apt also. (she lets her H take care of the kids despite her having told my H such horrible things about her H)
And they work together every day. People see them driving together. Their office is secured....just them and the office staff and all of their Thailand paraphernalia.
And my H will simply defend his relationship with her to his counselor and the Mcounselor and cannot seem to understand why it is that he doesn't feel anything for me really, he actually doesn't even know who I am....he has no memories of the marraige and refuses to "belong" to any of his stuff here or look at pictures of he and the kids and me.
And everyone in town knows what is going on, even though he can apparently say "its a very very close friendship".

And she is in more of a lala land than him.
Just venting!!!!!

I would also like an answer to that question. If it is any consolation, I think it is just something betrayers do. There is nothing wrong with what he's doing because we've been "separated a long time" and I was a bad wife.
It seems, from this board, that people can change their views after this, but I am not holding out much hope and don't really care any more if he sees reality or not.
I hope your H has more common sense than mine.
